The Spring Raffle closes at midnight on 29th April 2024. The draw will take place on 30th April 2024.
Applications must be from players aged 18 years old or over. No person under this age is allowed by law to enter the raffle.
SPANA reserves the right to carry out age verification checks and all winners are required, where deemed appropriate, to provide proof of age when requested.
Any person who has entered the Spring Raffle 2024 who is under 18 years old will automatically forfeit any prize and will be excluded from future entries. If a child under 18 years old is found to have participated in a lottery after the lottery draw has taken place, then a full refund will be made to that person and any prizes that might otherwise have been due to them will not be paid out. If prizes have already been paid out, all reasonable attempts will be made to recover them.
SPANA reserves the right without notice or reason to cancel or refuse entry to the raffle. SPANA's decision on all matters affecting the draw is final and legally binding. No correspondence regarding the results of the draw will be entered into.
Complaints will be handled in line with the complaints procedure found within SPANA's Policy & Procedures. Complaints that cannot be resolved by SPANA including personal attention from the Promoter will be escalated to a third party; The Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS).
Winners of prizes will be notified by email or telephone within seven days of the draw date. The list of winners can also be accessed by calling 0330 002 0037 and will be posted on the home page of our website www.spana.org/raffle.
Any unclaimed prizes will be cancelled by SPANA 6 months after the draw date.
SPANA reserves the right to publish the names of winners.
The cost of each ticket and entry is £1.
There are no alternatives to the prizes outlined and no interest is payable. Payment of prizes will be made by bank transfer or by cheque/voucher by post within 21 days.
Any late ticket purchase entries will be treated as donations to SPANA and will not be returned to the donor.
Tickets may not be sold in the street.

SPANA accepts no liability for loss, theft or delay due to post or for any interest for late items. SPANA is not liable for any late bank payments.
SPANA staff and their families are excluded from playing the Raffle. Woods Response Services employees are excluded from playing the Raffle.
No detail in the application may be changed in any way once it has been submitted except for change of address.
SPANA's Spring Raffle 2024 is open to residents of England, Wales and Scotland only. No entrants are allowed from any other country of residence.

Complaints

We will aim to respond to initial complaints and queries within two working days of receipt of complaint.
If the complaint is not satisfactorily resolved, the matter will be escalated appropriately.
Every complaint will be taken seriously and fully considered by SPANA in order that a satisfactory resolution can be achieved.
In the event that a satisfactory outcome can still not be reached, in accordance with the agreed protocol arranged on behalf of members by the Lotteries Council the matter will be referred to The Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS), which acts as an impartial adjudicator on disputes that arise between gambling operators and their customers.
i. The player will be provided with IBAS referral details.
ii. The outcome of IBAS intervention will be reported to the Gambling Commission
